Cheap Hosting and Domain Registration

A long time ago, when I just started with my online business, there weren’t that many choices of hosting companies
to work with.
The first company I used was Godaddy.
GoDaddy grew very big in the DotCom era, and are one of the most popular hosts until this time.
This is no accident, as they provide one of the best most well rounded services in the world for domain owners.
They provide hosting also, plus many many “bonus” features.
I say “Bonus” just because they are not free like regular Bonuses, however they provide many extra services
that other companies just don’t. So I see them as Bonus features.

After a while, when the DotCom bubble kinda blew up, and well, most of the yourname.com domains were
no longer available, many other post-fixes came into the market (i.e .net .org .co.uk etc),
as well as a new type of host – Green hosts.

With the environmental build up in the world, domain hosts such as DreamHost realized that they too have to
consider their customers feelings, and started promoting, as well as operating Green hosting.
Green hosting means that they use the minimum necessary energy to operate their Server farms,
some hosts even donate to environmental organizations parts of their revenue – All in the name of
customer satisfaction. Many people these days, like me,  consider this a very important attribute.

However – the problem remained the same – Most of the yourname.com, or even anyshortname.com
domains are long since taken. One has to be very creative, very lucky, or settle for a long domain name

As any new online businessman knows – If no one sees you,
You’re not really there.
You can have the swanky coolest site in the world, but with no one to appreciate it,
visit it and maybe tell his friends about it – it’s worth close to nothing,
and buying traffic on top of all is not the thing you had in mind

Amazing? Yes.
It doesn’t happen like that for most people.
Specially for new comers.

In my opinion, the fastest way to start earning some cash is trying to lock on
a niche product, and promote just that product to save on advertising.

Many Campaigns = Much Money Spent

This “Niche Product” is a pretty abstract term, when you think about it..
At the easiest case all you’ll need is a little writing capability, and a subject
to write about.
You may write about every subject that comes to your head – It’s free to write,
and afterwords you can sell it too…
All you need is people who want to know more about that subject.

So a strategy could be submitting an article to some free article directory,
and from that article attract people who want to know more about the subject
by a linking to your product. Very easy.

Not everything you write is a sure hit -
But this is a free way for you to try and earn some money.

Here are some good places to get yourself started on selling products:

1. Articles with Resell rights
2. Branded Content
3. PLR Wholesale

These can help you get started even if you can’t write, or just don’t like to!
There are numerous ways to get content if you don’t have the skill.
